Events submitted/posted on Aurora’s Event Calendar must:
- Have a clear connection to the Town of Aurora and the community
- Be a non-profit or not-for-profit community based event
- Be submitted no less than 10 business days prior to the date of the event to ensure posting on the calendar
The Town of Aurora will not allow the following type of events to be submitted through the Community Calendar:
- Announcements/events that promote a commercial interest or commercial cause
- Political and/or partisan based events from non-elected officials
- No soliciting of funds or donations

| The Push-Up Challenge is Canada’s largest mental health and fitness event. This year, participants will sign up to do 2,000 push-ups from February 11 to 28, 2025, one push-up for each of the ~2000 lives lost to suicide each day, worldwide. Funds raised help CMHA deliver critical mental health services and programs in our community. |
