Events submitted/posted on Aurora’s Event Calendar must:
- Have a clear connection to the Town of Aurora and the community
- Be a non-profit or not-for-profit community based event
- Be submitted no less than 10 business days prior to the date of the event to ensure posting on the calendar
The Town of Aurora will not allow the following type of events to be submitted through the Community Calendar:
- Announcements/events that promote a commercial interest or commercial cause
- Political and/or partisan based events from non-elected officials
- No soliciting of funds or donations

Event Details:
We are holding a community tree planting in conjunction with Lake Simcoe Region Conservation Association and the Town of Aurora. We will provide instruction on how to plant the small trees.
Shovels and small trees will be provided. You will need to wear appropriate clothing and may wish to bring gloves.
